Papa John's Pizza - Union City

This place does not deserve a star they are terrible!! Bad customer service, pizza was dry and hit 3 hours to get here. Don't come here!

Like it better than other pizza companies, but it doesn't hold a candle to New York Pizza

This Papa John is HORRIBLE! They have long waiting times, supply cold pizzas and have terrible customer service. I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and was told that waiting was about 45 minutes, believe it or not that is good for this location. I called the store to check my pizzas because the tracker said they were in chess for 30 minutes, they left me for almost 10 minutes. I had to hang up and call back just to get some disappointing news... Guess what?? My pizzas were still in the store because they only had 2 drivers. I was told that the manager would have another 25 minutes if my pizza was delivered at the full price or I could pick it up at half price. I canceled the order. I'm done with this place! Never again, will I order from them... not for pickup or delivery.

EVERYTIME we order Delivery they fail. They bring the wrong pizza, they come 3 hours after the order, the pizza is cold, or they will promise a refund that will never come. We continue to try because we like the way the pizza taste (when fresh) but I think it's time to let go of papa John's and just go get pizza hut. Less stress

Where do I start looking at my daughter to tell her she needs to eat what's in the house when she wanted a pizza after work. We came at 11:15 a.m. on a Friday night, the female employees were out on the phone, we asked if they were open, so we could go to order, she says they were just delivery orders... so immediately my daughter gets on her phone to place the order online (if outside before the store). We're going home. We get a call at 12:15 of this female staff to say it will be a little longer. 15min later we call and get no answer. We'll keep calling, NO ANSWER. Needless to say NO PIZZA AT ALL... I don't know that everyone has stopped and that they never... BUT the online order status clearly says DELIVERY COMPLETE . Of course I will be there when they open and I hope that the same female staff is there. This is not the first terrible experience with this facility, but it is the first time they never delivered the order.
