We visited the restaurant for the pie and left with big smiles! Be sure to check out this local gem and savor some homemade food once more.
The pandemic has ended. It's time to stop being complacent and reopen your dining room. Not everyone prefers takeout. Covid gave you the chance to change how you operate, and it seems you decided to stick with that instead. Consider hiring staff for the dining area, or you might find yourself closing for good before long—I was starting to think you already had. This is just unacceptable.
I've always loved this place. It's a little on the expensive side but it's worth it. Vegetarian options: They have turkey burgers. Kid-friendliness: They are a family owned restaurant. They have neat collectibles to look at. If your child needs a high chair they have it and coloring pages as needed. The place is small, so it's best for a small family of 3 or 4. Dietary restrictions: They will fix your food how you need it, to the best of their abilities.
Easily best place within 100 miles. Love the burgers (with slaw and onions), potato salad, and chess pie. My favorite place for chess pie and soooo good. Don’t miss out.
