Ihop - Union City

Glossy chicken salad, one of the healthier options, but hardly tomaten, only raw mushrooms, a few thin rings of the wobbles, some avocado leaves. friendly service, clean.

The atmosphere of the workers and cleanliness made it welcoming. My boyfriend and I were seated right away and the waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed before digging into our food. Food was warm when it arrived and everything was perfect.

I feel bad because of the staff that was trying their hardest and trying to have fun with it as well… the worst part is the floor manager Robin…. She does not do anything… she just walks around ordering people around thinking she is the owner of the place. I placed an online order and had to wait a full hour for sub par food.. I saw unsanitary conditions where I will be reporting with pictures to the NJ State Department of health. Robin does not pay attention to anything! She saw me standing and never once asked if everything was okay… I added a picture of her… she has to be demoted or fired. The people there work so hard but without a proper manager there is no structure. If Ihop upper management is taking a look at this please get rid of her

I really enjoyed my first experience at the restaurant Is way better than Burger King, Macdonalds or any fast food restaurant because they do care about their customers! They are the best at customer service and also the music is so calm you almost forget that you are at a restaurant you almost feel like you are on your house! Big food plates..big desserts , the onions also are big.. I really enjoyed my first time at IHOP I'm going to forget about any other restaurant that threats you like a disposable customer.

I used to go to this ihop location all thr time, when I lived in Union City. I can to visit family and decided to treat myself. My waiter was Joshua he was friendly did a good job on service. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my Favorite waiter from before PETER still works there. It was great seeing him. When I would come in and he saw me, he knew my order and would put it in. Food would be out so fast. He was on point. Thanks ihop for your great employees
