Chaplin's Sports Bistro - Union City

This is a sports bar in an industrial area. Has tables and booths. Also has a full bar with drink service beyond beer. The staff was very nice. Appears to be a locals spot for group lunches. Has a shared parking lot with the other small businesses. I had a take out order of wings that I booked online and a salad I ordered on site when I found out that they don’t serve carrots or celery with the wings. The staff quickly adjusted my order to include the salad. The wings were meaty and well cooked though I’d like the skin crisper with less flab. The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. The beer is always cold and there is a good sense of humor to be found. Rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 5.

I absolutely loved the food, drinks, and service at this restaurant. My friend and I visited for the first time and can't wait to return. We tried the lumpia, street tacos, and garlic noodles with shrimp. The lumpia was a tasty starter, but the garlic noodles were the highlight of our meal - I couldn't stop eating them, even though I ended up wearing some on my shirt. The lemon drops were also delicious. We had a great dining experience and would recommend the garlic noodles. Overall, the average price per person for dinner was around $50-100.
