The Red Cadillac - Union

The food was not terrible, but somewhat salty. The free Rice and Beans were not impressive. However, I enjoyed the flavored Tequila, although it may be too sweet for some. The service was good, with friendly and attentive staff. I would consider giving it another try, but perhaps with a different dish. The Mexican Street Corn was tasty, but a bit expensive.

I have always rated this restaurant as 5/5, but today was a major letdown. While I appreciate their attention to my dairy allergy, the food was simply not up to par. The fish had an unpleasant taste, reminiscent of bottom feeder fish. The slaw in the fish tacos, which is usually delicious, was overly sweet. The black beans were overly salty and the street corn was mushy, flavorless, and unappetizing. I will not be returning after this experience. It's disappointing, as I don't often visit this area and was really looking forward to dining here today.

The food here was okay. I got the pork tacos and I didn't like how they were In cubes. The atmosphere and aesthetic was great. Service was also good. But overall I think this place is good for drinks.

Even though I had already removed my hat, she still seemed unsatisfied and almost wanted us to leave. It was surprising and unnecessary for two fathers with their children to be treated in such a manner. It appears that this issue with the no hat policy has been a recurring problem, and the way it is communicated to customers needs improvement. In the hospitality industry, customer service should be a top priority. Regardless of the quality of the food and service, a guest should feel welcomed from the moment they step through the door. The staff at Red Cadillac should work on their customer interaction skills to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
