Huck Finn Diner - Union

Oh my goodness, what a truly delightful meal we enjoyed, all thanks to our incredibly sweet and attentive server, Halley. We kicked things off with French onion soup, followed by a sampler platter and Greek fries. For my main course, I had grilled chicken breast with portobello mushrooms and arugula, while my partner chose chicken parmesan and our daughter had seafood Alfredo. We wrapped things up with vanilla ice cream and baklava cheesecake for dessert. I honestly don't think I'll need to eat again until Tuesday!

These are by far the best banana walnut pancakes I've ever enjoyed. Unlike other places, they don't have that cardboard flavor. The servers are fantastic and the service is excellent! I will definitely be returning.

You may or may not know Huck Finn and Mark Twain Diners located on Morris Ave were once owned by the same individuals. Now they are separate. Both are still good. But Huck Finn is better at this time. They go through periods when one outshines the other. Huck gets the nod now. If you are near Twain. There is no reason to skip ol Samuel Clemons. But all things being equal. Huck Finn is the better choice at this time.

This is the place as similar to home/community and family dining.I love the salads and turkey burger platters.The desserts are fresh, delectable and yummy.The wait and service staff are well trained and personable.If you are in Union,NJ. please have a platter of sweet potato fries and visit often.

Heinz Ketchup on the tables? That's almost a guaranteed 5-star review right there. Why? Because it shows they don't cut corners when it comes to ingredients. The food was fantastic—great soup, delicious pasta salad, and a BLT that was better than average. I’ll definitely keep coming back as long as I'm in the area.
