Dunkin' - Union

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin'! The selection was limited, and the staff at the counter was neither friendly nor welcoming. Additionally, my daughter requested and was charged for espresso shots in both of our coffees (since there were no lattes or frozen coffees available), but they were never added. Overall, it was the worst experience!

I don’t live in the area, but I like to stop by for coffee when I have a doctor’s appointment. The entrance and parking lot are well-kept and free of any debris. The store is clean, and they’ve recently introduced an additional sanitizing routine. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. It's definitely one of my favorite Dunkin locations!

The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and the line moves quickly. My only real issue is that if you visit during off-peak hours, the donuts can sometimes be stale. They do offer custom number donuts, like a '7' for your child's seventh birthday! Just ask for the manager in the morning.

This is probably the most disorganized Dunkin? nearby. Working here was terrible; the manager argued with costumers, nobody did their job right, and it was always so messy. There?s a lot of people in training here so do expect to get your order made wrongat some point. If you?re going to Dunkin? go to the big one or the baby one on the boulevard down the street. They havefriendlier costumer service and are really helpful if they do make your order wrong.

This dunkin was terrible! they had not much, the person at the theke was not at all pleasant or hospitable! even though my daughter asked and was accused for espresso shots in both coffees (because there is no latte or frozen coffee), she never put in there. the worst!
