86 Grill Fried Chicken - Union

Been to this place and I have ordered 3 different dishes. The fried chicken, party wings, fries, steak and shrimp with veggies. Everything was delicious but the cashiers are like greeters also and 2 different girls both times seemed unpleasant and preoccupied. Other than that it's a really nice place and atmosphere with awesome food.

This place should be much busier IMO. They make the best fried chicken I've ever had. Juicy meat and crispy outside. I also love their fries. They do some teriyaki dishes which are very good. Service is always very nice and prices are reasonable. The decor is a little odd with an Asian vibe going on. But there's only a couple of tables, so imagine most people get their meals to go.

The attendant and the kitchen guy were very welcoming and were patient in providing answers to my questions. I bought fried chicken it felt like all I was eating was Thyme; it had too much of it. They were fast with food preparation though. The restaurant was clean and well organized. There's enough parking space as well.

A small local place. It was quiet and very clean. The staff was nice and casual which I appreciated a lot. I had the chicken tenders and were happy given the low price and short time between ordering and getting the food. It was hot and tasty. I look forward to going back!

Chicken has a nice char and flavor. White rice is high quality too, veggies on side are welcome addition too. Wanted a chicken dish but not from a Chinese place. Grill 86 didn't disappoint. Biscuit is terrible because unsalted/unbuttered. I'd definitely return in future.
