I've been a customer for years and I often get terrible service from the employee at the register, the girls are all polite, but the customer service is terrible, they're not helpful at all... I once made a mistake on a flavor and wanted to change it right after passing by. the card, he refused saying that the order had already gone to the kitchen... it hadn't even been 1 minute before it was finished... I was very upset, as once one came with the chicken clearly sour and they didn't want to change it. The only esfiharia of 14, I end up becoming a hostage because I live nearby. The cheddar was delicious, but a few months ago they changed it and it was of poor quality. The esfirras don't have a standard, sometimes they are excellent and sometimes they are raw or with little filling.

The attendant who takes the orders does very poorly, seems like she's doing me a favor, we ask about the menus and suggestions, she turns her eyes. There is a lack of more cordiality on the part of the employees.

As if it wasn't enough that my order took a long time to come out, it was only delivered after I asked the counter 3 times if it was ready. Even people who had arrived later had already received it. To top it off, they confused my order with delivery, even though I was clear that I would eat on site. The shawarma was good, but what stood out was not the food but the terrible experience. Food: 3
