Out of 4 sandwiches only 1 was right when I got there they said I was rude will not go back to that restaurant again.
Visited @7:45pm. Placed an order via the app for curbside pickup. Double Big Mac meal with unsweet ice tea. I arrived and checked in via app in spot 1. The app said 2-5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I went into the lobby, wondering where my food was. The lobby had a strong aroma of fecal matter. I stood there with no one at the counter. Finally, someone realized I was standing there and asked if I had been helped. I mentioned I had a curbside pickup order. The employee looked toward the drive-thru area and said it was coming right up. The Big Mac looked like a Picasso, the fries had no salt, and the tea was diabetes in a cup. People seem to think their job is to serve food. No. Your job is to care. Care about the quality of food you serve, care about the customer, and care about the experience people have in your restaurant.
Those dark-skinned women working in the serví carr should take them out first, they don't know how to treat people, especially the one who helped me this morning, she's an incompetent idiot.
Again, messed order up. Medium fries when supposed to be large. Almost gave medium drinks, but caught that before I pulled away. Employees need to read order and verify before handing to customer.
