Jason's Deli - Ungerer St, North Mackay

The food at the Chesapeake location doesn’t compare to the Hampton location. I stopped eating at Chesapeake years ago however, I stopped in the Hampton location recently and it was delicious so I thought I would try Chesapeake again. Totally disappointed, potato salad tastes old, Ruben is dry as you know what.

Better at 11am. Not that many people. But overall it's a good place to eat

This is the second visit for us, and it didn't disappoint. It was significantly busier than last time, but the staff was hustlin and killing it! The manager was hustling as well himself and leading by example. Bussing tables, checking salad bar, and running food! Nice job there! I tried something new, and my wife and daughter got the same as last time. the said bar looked great and tasted fresh. The RB sandwich was perfect, and the kid enjoyed her pizza and, of course, her soft serve at the end. Prices are about what you would expect to pay for a family just about anyplace nowadays, and it was actually a lot lower than the place I would consider their competition.

Good customer service and fresh food! The restaurant itself could use a little fixing up.

My go to is the New Yorker and the strawberry shortcake!!!
