Contribuiți la feedbackI was hoping for a good St. Paul night out with good food but didn't get it! There are so many other places to go than this place! Rude hostess, sat in dark corner, food was COLD and overpriced. Do not recommend at all!!! Herbie would not approve!
Nice restaurant. I had the New York strip. A little fatty, but the taste was good. Mashed potatoes were also good.
Beautiful location, stunning dining room. Sub par food: had ham and fig flatbread (super sweet), bacon bleu burger (bland and needed salt), and walleye cakes (mushy like oatmeal). Service started off great, then disappeared. Got the wrong drink order, so one of us sat with a full martini for the last thirty minutes. Didn’t finish half of any of our dishes and no one asked how it was. Had to beg for bill. Wouldn’t return.
My sister and I came here before the Olivia Rodrigo show at Xcel, and we had a great experience. Our server, Alexa, was incredibly nice and gave us great mocktail recommendations. When the bar was out of an ingredient for the one we ordered, the bartender, John, went out of his way to create a new recipe for us. It ended up being one of the best mocktails we've ever had. The food was great, too— definitely try the bread pudding if you get the chance. Thank you again, Alexa and John, for making our night awesome!
Just get a burger. The burgers and fries were good, the entrees were barely mid. The dry rub on the wings was delicious! But the meat on the wings were tough. The walleye cakes were bland and dry, difficult to eat. It was more like a thick, dry, breaded and fried cake thing with a little fishy flavor. It was only edible because of the sauce. The creamed corn with bacon was very underwhelming. The Seafood pasta wasn't the best either. The ambiance was great, very neat place!
