Always a line but with a reason. I got the Monkey Sundae and at first they were confused as it is probably the most ordered thing on the menu but they made it so good they knocked it out of the park!

Great ice cream parlor with reasonable prices! The staff are somewhat distractable but super nice. Lots of varieties to choose from for ice flavors and other sweet treats. The homemade waffle cones were sooo good! Indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely recommend! Dietary restrictions: Notices are posted and gluten free options are available Parking: Located on Grand Ave, which is very busy. May take a while to find a place to park. Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream! Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for a wheelchair to move about.

Today I stopped into Grande Ole Creamery and had a wonderful experience. Piper and Cormac both had great customer service and were quick and polite. They made my time in here amazing!

Specifically went here because they list gluten free options. I walk in and was not acknowledged (I was the only one there) so I looked at all of the flavors. I finally said hi to a girl that was leaning into the ice cream cooler and told her I wanted to order. I then told her that I had a gluten allergy, but she and another employee started laughing. The one employee had his hand over his mouth because he was laughing so hard. She then said she could write down what I wanted and get them from the cooler, which was great, but she started laughing again. Wow, how great is it to laugh about my health?? I told her that I'm not getting anything because they're laughing at me and I walked out.

The worst ice cream I’ve ever had. We have a Sebastian Joe’s in our neighborhood and it is sooooooo good. This doesn’t come close. Yeesh!
