The quality of the meat at this restaurant is top-notch. We were recommended to try the Venison, which was cooked perfectly in butter until it reached a medium rare. The staff takes pride in handling the products and can expertly cut the meat with care. They are friendly and offer valuable cooking tips for the best results. The restaurant, located at E14, has a unique selection of products. There is a Covid restriction allowing only one customer in the shop at a time and they strictly adhere to hygiene practices, using plastic plates. On Friday afternoons in the summer, they set up a grilled sausage station with outdoor seating. While prices may be on the higher side and there could be a wait, the quality and service provided at this restaurant is worth it. The fresh and healthy taste of their dishes is hard to come by nowadays.

We left with beautiful hardened meat, Saucissons (including the unmissable elk one! and cheese that John took the time to pack carefully and vacuum seal. Everything survived the trip to Switzerland wonderfully well, and we are already a few days since our return. Thanks to John, the first member of the Fäviken family, we met the stage for a beautiful 24h in the region.
Wide range of aged and hardened meat, sausage and other locally produced and imported foods. The smoked ham was fantastic and the isterband was perfect. I'll swing in the neighborhood next time.
