Contribuiți la feedbackThe food was mediocre, and I could have gotten better Orange Chicken at Panda Express! The 3 baby bok choy (the only other thing on the plate) was cold. The dishes of my other guests were equally unimpressive. It was so noisy that you couldn't have a conversation ! In addition, it was overpriced! I won't ever return, nor do I recommend it to others! Sad experience. Service: Dine in
So bad. The food is ... just not good. And then you hate yourself after shelling out all that money
The ambiance was nice and the staff was friendly, but that's about it. The menu is extremely limited and basic—a step above a food court, but well below any decent local place—and the quality was only mediocre. I find it hard to square the meal we had with some of the other reviews on here, but that's the only meal I can judge them by and, for the price, I'd recommend going elsewhere. Service: Dine in
If I could leave a 0 I 100% would. My husband and I have come here countless times and always enjoy the ambiance, the food and staff. But tonight was different. Our reservation was for 8:30 with a 15 minutes grace period. As we arrived to Mohegan the room card kiosk was not able to provide us with keys after checking in resulting in my husband and I having to go wait in an extremely long line. With that being said we even went and brought our bags to be held so we could get to our reservation in time. As we arrived to Tao they asked if we had a reservation, which I stated yes for 8:30 under our name. She then reply’s we are no longer seating in the dining area so we could go sit in the bar. I was confused to why she would be telling us to go sit in the bar with a reservation. So I asked why were we not sitting in the dining room. Her reply was with our grace period you didn’t meet it so you can enjoy your meals in the bar because our kitchen closes in 10 minutes, but yet we can sit in the bar and get the same food as dining room (but the kitchen is closed) so explain that? I stated to her that it was checking in at the hotel was an issue to why were late. I also explained that you texted us asking if we were coming and we replied yes. We were 2 minutes passed grace period. So we understand we were late, but from things out of control from our reservation check in. I say this is poor customer service in it’s finest. This young lady with blonde hair slicked back with an attitude could have handled the situation much better than she did. With the reputation Tao has I am very disappointed that this is how you would treat a customer. May be in your best interest to hire some more quality staffing.
