Jack's Old South - Unadilla

I was delighted to attend the remembrance class, and it did not disappoint. Myron and his team made us feel right at home, served an abundance of delicious food, and answered any questions we had—except for his coleslaw recipe, of course! I would definitely do it again!

I went to school this weekend, I was super excited about it. I've learned everything I'm grateful for. his team, when they get one of them, was very helpful. I went with a man named shannon, who had been in this class before and enjoyed it so much that he wanted to come back. the class had over 65 people who were just too much. shannon said there were half his class and it was just a better experience. the frustrating part was when myron cooked something and had rehearsed it was like a boiled hyenas to get everything when the whole hug was done, it was crazy how difficult it was to try to get some of the flesh as the same people stayed and not moved to get more so that they have over 60 people to have a table, it was unnecessary to say chaotic. when we went to the tables to cut meat and season, there was confusion and just bought enough of his coworkers to help. there were several people who talked about how frustrating it was with the amount of people who were there. if we ate if they don't get to eat before the line, it would be cold. there was a lot of food. again I have learned some recipes and I feel better, but there were only many people allowed in the class. shannon repeatedly talked about how much better his last experience was compared with this. I'd rather have paid more for less people if that's money. disappointed but I learned allot and grateful I went.

My husband learned a lot about smoking meat during Myron Mixon's cooking class. He had a fantastic time and enjoyed meeting the winningest man in BBQ.

After reading the reviews I didnt go. Was expecting to read great reviews after knowing the owner is a world champion barbeque pitmaster. I dont do reheated barbecue.

It was amazing to meet miron and crew and the hospitable was as if we were old time friends. the food was the real deal killer.
