Kfc - Umm al Qaywayn

Such a poor service ..ordered food was delivered in half hot position after 45mins. Then complained online and went personally to the resturant for replacement manager gave me replacement with certainty that food freshly fried and hot, but after 5 minutes when we opened the bag food again was double fried and half hot so an unprofessional attitude..

The service level was a bit complicated.. u will find supervisor or manager who is very rude.. a man with glasses but don't see foodies emotions.. but then u have good staff like Manisha to cover his mistakes .. tough dine out place

Chicken was oily,provided pieces are very small, strips are not fried well, wrost experience

They cut down the ketchup sachets. When I buy a bucket chicken worth more than AED 100, they give 4 ketchup. When I ask extra they said I need pay AED 1 for extra sachet. I don't understand what's going on....

They will stole the chicken and the salad or something else if you order via drive-Thru , be careful !! its not the first or the second time that something is missing so they are doing this on purpose !!!! Check your order before you left
