Umina Charcoal Chicken - UMINA BEACH

I was pleasantly surprised by the professional service and extremely fresh food at this take-out restaurant. When I called to confirm they were open during Covid, the employees were friendly and cheerful over the phone. Ordering was simple, and they offer great deals for families. The food was incredibly fresh, with crispy salads and juicy chicken. Overall, this restaurant was a winner in my book.

You haven't had good chips and gravy until you've experienced this place.

Around 7 clock on 12/11/2020 I ordered 2 plain hamburger, 1 steak sandwich and small chips. I was told by an extreme rude that we did not sell steak sandwiches I answered effortlessly why and got a terse answer that this was a chicken...shop so I ordered a grommet burger that I was actually steak but minced. as the order after approx. 15-20 minutes finished, I received a plain burger, 1 grommet burger and a small chip. the order was about 1 burger. I asked where the second burger was and the rude one said I only ordered 1 burger. that was wrong and he was lying. a second guy who put the burgers together, said that you were not accused of saying the truth, I thought nothing of it when I was charged $21 for what I ordered, 2 burgers, 1 hainette burger and a small ship. as it turned out, the hainburger was nothing else than a small meat pattie with a swirl on a small roll. $21 seemed reasonable for me. Apparently not and the somewhat older man then offered to cook another burger. I said how long this would take, and he said about it as long as the original order I said what I was cold and therefore could not wait. the extremely rude one then continued to deny his acts and in a loud voice, with other customers (a family) in the load, he was rude. Now I can understand that an order is mixed by an inexperienced hamburg cook/shop assistant, but about what happened is a terrible wise way to treat a customer who only talk in the round. for the other man who then supports the load assistant when he clearly heard what happened is also inevitable. the food I received was best common. they should stick to charcoal chickens that they seem to be doing well. I will not go back to this business if I get another dosis of bad manage from the chefs/shop assistants. Summary Ordinary eating served with rudeness (there is no apology for rudeness from each behind every shop counter, even if it is the end of the day and they may be tired).) the extremely rude man is in the wrong line of the guy who assisted him who looked like the entrepreneur must either have withdrawn this guy or throw him over the first time (the first one who has not been throwing him). (see below- even if the previous comment is 2 years old, the entrepreneur did not take the tip of this customer in 2018.

The dining experience at this restaurant is always delightful and exquisite. It is one of my favorite places to visit in Umina. Whether you're in the mood for a burger or another dish, they never fail to impress.

Well personalized and very good huh, but it lacks atmosphere and ease. the personal can be under pressure, but the experience could be better.
