Khonkaen Koon Thai - UMINA BEACH

We went to the lunch buffet. Given the price ($10 a head) there was a good choice of dishes and everything nicely cooked. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. The food is not as spicy as you would get in Thailand but there were chilis sauces you could add yourself if you wanted. I would be very happy to eat here again.

Great food. Friendly service, great value for money. By far the best Thai food on the woy woy peninsula.

Whether just for an entree or a meal to take away or eat in the food is superb and worth going there.

We are blessed with Thai restaurants on the central coast,but this one were always drawn back to Food is delish service great price is right and BYO to top it off.

The food here is generally very good but downplays spice for Anglo tastes. That aside, this is easily the best Thai in Umina. A family run restaurant with easy and pleasant surrounds. Food is good value and serves are large with all the classic Thai dishes. Limited vegetarian options. Take away is good but it's best to check you got exactly what you've ordered - on more than one occasion they've left out or substituted dishes on our orders. Otherwise this is a favorite and the bonus drinks and prawn chips for orders over $50 is also big plus with the kids.
