The staff at Bishop Arms need more training on how to treat people.

We were drawn in by the enticing menu, and upon entering, we found the restaurant to be cozy. We took a menu and waited by the bar for service. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to deliberately ignore us. One staff member approached us but then turned away to attend to drinks, while the others were engaged in conversation and made no effort to assist us. It is important for the restaurant to have attentive and welcoming staff to properly serve their guests. Our experience at this place was so disappointing that it's hard to put into words, but suffice it to say it was even worse than described.

If you're looking for a place to chat and enjoy some good beer, this is the spot for you. The food is your typical pub fare and the wine selection is nothing special. However, the atmosphere is nice.
