Subway - Ulysses

The manager was incredibly friendly and prepared the sandwiches as quickly as possible. I had forgotten just how good Subway sandwiches are until today. If you haven't had a chance to try it yet, definitely go for the Philly Cheesesteak!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed to struggle with communication, as they didn't listen well and appeared to have difficulty hearing. I would suggest that they consider training new employees. My sandwich came with the wrong sauce; I specifically asked for yellow mustard and honey mustard only. I noticed some employees laughing as I was leaving, which made me feel like the mistake might have been intentional. I didn’t say anything at the time because I was already planning to leave a review for this Subway location.

The evening service is consistently disappointing. The staff often seem unmotivated and disinterested in their jobs. I hope they can soon find employees who are committed to providing good customer service and maintaining cleanliness while handling food.

The service was incredibly slow! It took 25 minutes to prepare just one salad, and I was the only customer there. Instead of working on my order, the staff seemed to be wandering around without purpose. While I was in the middle of paying, one of the employees left without attending to anything, making the whole experience feel unnecessarily drawn out.

This is a fantastic restaurant, and I highly recommend it! Interestingly, I came across an injured street cat nearby—what a poor little thing.
