Contribuiți la feedbackNear two universities, Sydney University and University Technology, Bon Bistro is visited by young people and not so young as well. The decor is clearly vietnamese with most paintings were painted by the owner, as I was told. The food... is great with a very reasonable price, I especially like bun cha gio vermicelli with spring rolls) with fish sauce. The atmosphere is chic and tasteful. I'll be back.
That was the first restaurant I had eaten in Sydney. I liked the establishment, friendly staff and the food. Everything was delicious, fresh and servings where generous.
Situated on Parramatta Street, this restaurant has a cozy and inviting decor that feels like stepping into a friend's home. The furniture is stunning and complements the warm atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes, ensuring you get your fix. I highly recommend trying the Pho-Special, which comes with delicious spring rolls.
The sautéed corn with dry shrimp, recommended by Trung, was a surprisingly delicious combination that I wouldn't have chosen on my own. The winter menu, which is updated seasonally, features standout dishes like the Mekong beef stew—a comforting bowl of rich broth, egg noodles, Mediterranean spices, and Vietnamese accompaniments. The vermicelli noodle salad, with its perfectly balanced mix of ingredients and homemade fish sauce, is a must-try. The restaurant's decor features Vietnamese touches, with beautiful mirrors and a spacious layout suitable for any occasion. The wheelchair lift makes it accessible to all guests. With its comforting food, warm service, and welcoming atmosphere, dining at Bon Bistro feels like being a guest in Trung's home. It's impossible to leave unsatisfied after a meal here.
The food at this restaurant was tasty and affordably priced. The menu offers a good selection without being overwhelming. The atmosphere is delightful, with well-decorated surroundings and a great ambiance. The staff is helpful and friendly.
