Sushi Lounge - Ulm

Since our last visit, a new ordering data has been introduced via ipad.I find it too impersonal and therefore not good.We ordered a menu to which a green tea belongs - since no one was brewed at all, we would simply have jasmin tee brought to us without pointing it out.My expectation would be to put up fresh tee or at least point it out. thanks to ipad it is no longer part of the order.The sushi was good, but not overarching.In contrast to the last paintings, the rolls were so badly rolled that they fell apart.A small tip: the benches for the sticks are to lay the sticks during eating. the sticks were in the mouth of the customer.What does that say? right. it is a scavenger that has to be rinsed after each gast.

We were in the sushi lounge for lunch. I had chosen a sushi menu osaka with a cup of green tea and misoe. the order runs over an ipad which is more and more to find in sushi stores. the sushi was ok but also no longer the portion ingwer and wasabi was clear

Is ordered electronically on a wiper board, a printed dish card does not exist. the guests are apparently used as a tester of a graze green software.

Nice sushi restaurant in ulm. order runs over ipad, there are also the different sushi variants well explained. fast operation. sushi was good, not overwhelming. prices are slightly higher than in other sushi shops but still reasonable. all in all a nice and delicious sushi experience!

Sushi tasted nothing. also green tea was tasteless. the i-pad menu adds to frustration. no price on the pictures is a dirty movement to get them to spend more money. the rice doesn't keep what always means is a lower quality...product the garnels and salmon are so clear that they look plastic frozen. the personal is polite, but there is no contact due to the i-pad interface. worse than mcdonalds.
