Sushi House - Ulan-Ude

The restaurant has hired interns who don’t even know the menu. The food takes a long time to prepare, and they bring out overripe fruits. It’s impossible to get the attention of the staff; it's hard to shout or wave them down. You have to go to the bar to ask for everything yourself. We stopped by for a quick bite and ordered the business lunch, but we waited 40 minutes! Just as we were paying the bill and getting ready to leave, they finally brought us the last dish. It seems that everything is going downhill; the waterfront location is no exception. The market area is no better, and while things are somewhat okay on Shishkovka, I wonder for how long that will last.

We were there yesterday and had to wait a long time for our order, but overall the service was good.

I really enjoyed the cuisine; it was quick and delicious.
