Taste Of Nepal - Ukiah

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I have to say I was truly impressed by the outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction. I ordered chicken, thinking it would be a good choice, but soon realized it was too spicy for my taste. The waitress was incredibly thoughtful and offered me an alternative at no extra charge to make sure I was happy. They also have outdoor seating with misters to keep customers comfortable. I can't praise my experience enough; I absolutely loved the butter chicken she suggested as a replacement. This place is definitely a hidden gem and a must-try for anyone looking for delicious cuisine at an affordable price, with an emphasis on service and satisfaction. Be sure to try the mango drink to complement your meal; their tea was surprisingly refreshing as well!

The past reviews here are quite misleading. I would have given it 0 stars if that option were available. The food was terrible. We ordered momos, noodles, and lemon rice, and everything tasted awful. The noodles were greasy and tough, the lemon rice had no flavor at all, completely lacking the expected lemon taste, and it was overpowered by turmeric.

Great little nepal restaurant on our way to Mendicino. Delicious food and friendly hostess. Food came out fast and was very fresh. Would come again.

I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. I ordered the chicken biryani and garlic naan, and honestly, it was quite good. I might give it another go with a different dish. The service was excellent too!

This restaurant is truly an oasis. Dining in Ukiah can often be a disappointing experience, with many places being overpriced and lacking flavor. However, Taste of Nepal stands out for its consistently rich, flavorful, and spicy dishes—it's simply a delight. I've tried several dishes over the months, and each one has been a fantastic experience. I particularly enjoy sharing a steaming hot dish with good friends while sipping on a large bottle of Taj Mahal beer.
