Old Austria - Uitenhage

This is the best crème brûlée I’ve ever had! The German pot roast with rösti is fantastic as well. The service sets a high standard for any other restaurant! I love it every time I go! I highly recommend Old Austria to everyone!

Semi-formal yet upscale restaurant. Live piano music combines with minimalist furniture and decor to create an elegant ambiance. Knowledgeable waiters, wide selection of food. My 200g fillet was matured, tender and beautifully presented with squash, fries and stir fried vegetables. Comparable with the best in the world

We had a really wonderful experience and meal and it was enhanced by Rupert,the owner, who treated us exceptionally well on our anniversary. This wonderful restaurant is an old favourite of ours and Rupert and staff have managed to improve it and refine the dining experience,even though we thought that not possible.Give this lovely restaurant a try,you will be pleasantly surprised. They will definitely see us again.
