Indy Burger - Udon Thani

My husband and I decided to stay in Udon Thani for a night especially to try these burgers and we are so happy we did. Delicious flavour in every bite and so cheap too 45 Baht each! We decided to get one of every flavour, which were two different versions of a spicy and two different versions of not spicy. Just like what the bag they come in states, they are YUMMY. And the owner and his son are super lovely while also doing a great job inspiring others to eat plant based. Well done!! We hope to return tomorrow! The burgers were well worth the walk we took to get there four things up from us.

My husband and I made a special trip in a Grab car out to Makro (during the posted business hours) only to discover that the burgers were nowhere to be found. If you are in Udon Thani visiting, I would recommend sending the owner a message on Line to make sure he’s there. He did eventually respond to my FB message to say he was closed, and he apologized. He said Line is the best way to contact him. My intention with this review is just to share useful information for other traveling vegan-type folks so you don’t make the trip in vain like we did.

It is not far from the Airport, so after landing we drove the hire car there. Even though it was raining they were still there and delivered to the car window and had a brief chat I do not think many farang visit, but I found them on here before I arrived and could not resist a brief detour to get one. My biggest regret is only getting one burger and not two and I will be sure to return to get one (perhaps two or three! next time I visit. Its a shame they do not open earlier so I could get one before the flight back, but the flight was too early (I would have missed the flight! .

Very good vegan burger! The garlic mayo was to die for. You have to look for the bicycle outside of the macro parking lot. Be on time though cause he ran out of burgers just after we purchased 2 of his last 3 ones at least an hour before the official closing time

The owner, Jimmy, is adorable and so polite. It is clear he takes pride in what he creates. The burgers are tasty, especially the one with the garlic sauce (I got one for lunch the next day! They are easy to find at the exit of Makro. Be advised, 4-7 pm are their weekday hours and they usually start earlier on the weekends. To make sure they are there just send a message on Facebook.
