The restaurant is large and open-air, with fans for ventilation (no air conditioning, but still comfortable) and plenty of seating. The staff is friendly, although their English is limited. However, they are able to communicate enough if you do not speak Thai. If you are unable to communicate, they will show you the dishes from their fast buffet.
I had a nice lunch here. a herzhafter rice portion and two dishes from the buffet. one of the dishes was a vegan version of larb and it was really delicious. there was a dame there, the English really well spoken and was careful to make sure that I understood that it was a vegetarian restaurant and that I was in order to eat spicy food. she also gave me ice water, a warm suppe with zilantro and a bowl salate. 40 baht. I'm sure I'm back. I've made a YouTube video about this place if you want to check it. Please also note that the dame there told me that the name of the restaurant sing jay is.
Cheap, tasty, tasty and a bowl of broth with their order! I have eaten several times here.
If you enjoy Thai cuisine, this restaurant is fantastic. Located just a short walk from the central plaza through the market street, it offers a wide variety of options. Be aware that some dishes can be quite spicy, so if you prefer milder flavors, remember to ask for "ped mai" (not spicy). This way, the staff will understand your preference.
Unappetising food, bad service. Would never eat here again.
