The best food I had in Lima. The quality (and quantity) is fantastic, especially for the price. For 32 soles, I had a lot more food than I could eat, which meant that I had to revive the tasty through remnants. I recommend El aeropuerto donde todo arterriza. The environment is sweet and the staff is friendly. If you want to avoid the masses, you need to show up immediately when it comes to 11. Probably the best meal in peru so far for us. We are in lima for 6 months and have been making our way through our list of restaurants. El bodegón by far has been the best. It serves up classic Peruvian dishes. Great atmosphere, staff are great. Make a reservation before hand and arrive about 10 mins early and you are set. We ordered 6 dishes and they were all phenomenal. My kids loved everything. Definitely multiple repeat visits. They have options for everyone. And as a plus their chica morada is amazing.

Authentic local cuisine with a spin in an environment of good old days as they say. Very helpful and friendly staff, also good cocktails! Better make a reservation before you show up.
