Contribuiți la feedbackIn Korea it's often hard to find vegan food, however this place has many clearly labeled options. And if you're unsure just ask and/or clarify that you don't want any egg. Everything my wife (who is Korean) and I tried was absolutely delicious both in the restaurant and as delivery. A big plus is also that the restaurant is air conditioned, which is rare to find in Ubud.
There are a couple vegan options, most importantly, the Ganpoon Eggplant and Tofu Bibimbap Kimchi Fried Rice is also good, but need to request without egg for vegan. Owners are so nice and generous, they more clear about what vegan is, so I feel happy and comfortable eating there.
On the menu some dishes are marked as vegetarian, not specifically vegan though. But the owner explained us the ingredients, so we felt very comfortable eating there as vegans. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS! They also make Kimchi without fish sauce.
I‘ve been there a few times, food is good, unfortunately staff isn’t really that knowledgeable what vegan means. I‘ve got different answers to what is vegan and what isn’t. Even texted the owner on Instagram to clarify, but I’m not 100% convinced about it. Vegetarian items are clearly labeled on the menu though, so I‘m sure it’s awesome for vegetarians. Would love to hear what other vegans experienced.
