Кацо Хинкальная - Tyumen

The atmosphere is very nice, the menu is great, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend it!

We often visit this khinkali restaurant, and everything is usually very tasty and served quickly. Recently, we decided to have dinner there, but everything I ordered was disappointing. The chicken kebab had an unpleasant aftertaste of pork fat and an overwhelming amount of onion and hot spices; it felt like eating fat with raw onion. This definitely wasn't the case before. The lobio was served lukewarm, and it was over-seasoned—just a heap of spices with no taste of beans. The rest of the dishes were equally unappetizing. It's a shame that the quality of the kitchen has declined.

Today we were served reheated Ojakhuri with pork, which is a dish from the Happy Hour menu, so the restaurant decided to cut corners on us. The potatoes were clearly fried a second time, the meat was dry and lacked juiciness, and the excessive oil from frying it again was quite unpleasant. I only gave three stars because another dish, the Khachapuri, was perfect, and during the non-happy hours, we were treated to much better food.
