Mr. Mac's Macaroni Cheese Tyngsboro

Part of a local chain that specializes in macaroni and cheese. Lots of topping choices mixed in to the basic elbows with some monthly specials as well. Salads including macaroni salads and green salads round out the menu. This location is bright and clean. Staff is friendly and very quick. You order at the counter and wait at your table. In our case, it was about 10 minutes. Prices were low, but i found the flavors rather muddy and ended up using the hot sauces provided to spice things up.

I had high expectations for this restaurant based on the hype my acquaintances had been making about it, and I wasn't disappointed! The food was excellent, but more excellent was the customer service--my first visit was back in March 2019. I walked in and made a regrettable snap judgment about the gentleman behind the counter based on his appearance--I didn't expect premium service. He blew me away. He asked if my companion and I had ever visited before, and upon hearing that I hadn't, took the time to review the menu with me, including providing information about portion sizes and the different meal choices. He was polite and knowledgeable, and clearly cared about his job. I haven't seen him since, but hope he's still there benefiting the business!

This place is a little hidden but we finally noticed it tucked behind the Dunks so figured we 'd give it a try. We got the Cheese Please! And Bacon Cheddar Mac . The cheese was our favorite of the two. Overall the food was good but nothing we couldn 't have made at home if we wanted to, and for $8 for a small order you have to be really craving Mac and Cheese. They do have a drive through window for pickup of call ahead orders. And the staff was SO friendly and helpful as well.

This place has to be made for me. I love ordering Mac and Cheese and rarely have gotten it in a skillet. It was yummy, melty and hot. I think my only issue was I ordered medium not realizing how large the serving was. I am totally going to look for this again while in Massachusetts.

I can't get enough of this place! If you haven't tried it, you really need to!!! You're missing out! They have phenomenal recipes, or you can even build your own
