Whole Health - Tyler

My daughter is currently in college and was feeling unwell. I was able to call the restaurant and Grace assisted me in getting everything she needed over the phone, including providing helpful recommendations to help her feel better. I paid over the phone and her roommate was able to pick up the order for her. The customer service was excellent and the products were top-notch. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! I can't wait to return because there are not many restaurants or cafes in Tyler that focus on healthy options.

I recently dined at this restaurant with my partner. He ordered the bratwurst ciabatta with hummus, while I went for the nachos with salsa. As Houston natives, we were not surprised that the spicy level was mild, but the flavors were fantastic. The chicken tacos were incredibly juicy and tender, served on a generous portion. The horseradish sauce on the sandwich was a hit with my partner. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was well-maintained and clean. I would highly recommend a visit to this establishment.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. I'm a favor driver as I went to go pick up food for a customer today. I ordered over the phone. The customer didn't know the different sides he could get but in the beginning he just said potato chips cause he didn't know what else there was. When I arrived at the store I asked the lady what was the different side choices. She rudely told me I already ordered potato chips and I couldn't change it. I asked her why I couldn't change it. She said once it leaves the kitchen it can't be changed. I told her that I didn't see the problem and if I had too I would just add onto it. She told me again that she wasn't changing it and she would go get the chef so I could talk to them. In the meantime im texting my customer the different choices of sides. The chef comes out and was very nice and told me she would just add to it and throw it in there for me.Great customer service from the chef. I said ok and thanked the nice lady and said I would let her know what my customer said. The customer ended up sticking with the potato chips. I over hear 2 ladies in the back talking about the situation and one of them says do I need to go out there and handle it. I have never been somewhere and treated with so much disrespect. None of them should have a job. I told the lady it wasn't a big deal to change something out if that was the case and she was making a scene for no reason. She then commented and told me that there was always a problem with us (favor). That we could never get anything right. I told her I would never be back to the store and she was the problem. This is not the end of this as I will further speak with the manager or owner tomorrow.

The daily specials are great deals but anything else is a little pricey! The salad I got was okay but the soup was great! Service was good.
