Whataburger - Tyler

The staff knew exactly how to handle the rush when it got busy. They were quick, friendly, and professional. Every employee I saw was actively engaged in their work, moving with both expertise and a sense of urgency. The food was hot and fresh, while the drinks were cold, refreshing, and flavorful, with the perfect syrup ratio!

This particular Whataburger has been going downhill in the recent months. Everytime I go I hope they had redeemed themselves and they havnt. I just went and ordered through the drive through. The gentleman on the intercom was laughing and giggling the wholetime, when I pulled up the window he was joking with a coworker, then acted like I was inconvenienceing them. I did point out heput my order in wrong, to which he acted very snotty about it. Luckily my food was correct, this time. Every other time theorders have been so wrong I'm sure they are someone else's. Normally I don't write reviews, but it keeps happening, this usedto be my favorite location, but in the recent months it's been terrible :

My salad was only about half full of chicken, and it consisted entirely of spring mix. I've purchased this salad at many different locations before, and it's usually packed with mostly romaine lettuce. When I brought this to their attention, they insisted that they weigh their salads and were sure it was the correct portion. The staff was unfriendly and rude. I should have realized this when the woman taking our order was speaking at such an exaggerated, rapid pace, similar to an auctioneer. That salad was far too expensive for the meager two small handfuls of spring mix they provided.

I was disappointed that my salad dressing was forgotten, and I only discovered this about 20 minutes later when I finally parked to eat. I called to voice my complaint, and I found the response from the African American female manager to be quite rude. She suggested that I drive back for 20 minutes to pick it up, which felt unhelpful. Her defensiveness and aggressiveness are not suited for the customer service industry.

If I could give 0 stars, I would definitely. I and my friends went to the lobby and were greeted with bad customer service and rude staff. Two employees (screw member and manager) were extremely rude. I usually enjoy eating here during the day, but I would not recommend coming here at night. Service: 1/5
