Whataburger - Tyler

One year later, I’m back to share my thoughts on this Whataburger location. I added a photo of the disappointing triple-fried onion rings I had. Congratulations on continuing to underwhelm! At least the app seems to be working now, which is a positive change. However, this is still the slowest Whataburger in the Tyler area. They struggle with even the simplest orders, and most of the staff are quite rude. I also find it strange that the app always shows they’re closed at night, even when there are cars in the drive-thru. Honestly, it's worth the extra five-mile drive to the Whataburger near Grande.

The food was great, but the person at the drive-thru was extremely rude. They didn't say thank you, just handed me my food and shut the window! We didn't even get my husband's drink! So rude! Maybe they were just having a bad day.

This is the slowest Whataburger I've ever visited. The service is consistently slow. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and have been waiting for 20 minutes.

Worst Whataburger on the planet, in my view. A complete, incompetent, unfriendly mess of a restaurant. Long lines, that move as slow as molasses, with employees that could care less. Place an order on their app, be prepared to face a dolt with a perplexedlook. Dining room is never open when the posted hours say it?ll be open. Cold, overpriced food. Yep, winner winner, cold f?ndinner!

Cold burger and chewy, stale fries. Neither mom or I could eat the fries. Mom said they must've been left over from day before yesterday. This used to be a good location, but since reopening after remodel they consistently disappoint. I do not recommend.
