Jack In The Box - Tyler

I really appreciated the staff who were working late at night; she was very kind! I ordered the Cholulu burger, and it was definitely worth it! Even though I'm not Tyler, I had a great experience satisfying our late-night hunger. The food was both affordable and delicious! I plan to return whenever I have the chance, and I might even try a new burger!

Thank you for the incredible work you do! I understand that it can be challenging, especially with staff shortages, and I know that some people can be quite harsh in their criticism. I just want to express my appreciation for everything you all do. People should be more patient and recognize the effort you're putting in. The food is fantastic, and I admire your positive attitude, especially towards the younger staff. You are all amazing!

So everyone here was very nice by the drivein. I was eating well, except. I just said sniff so they didn't have any cats and no mayo. what did I get, mayo and catsup and no scab! simpler mistake, but I will check next time before I go. Apart from that, I think they have the best pommes and love their ultimate cheeseburger! will go back definitiw.

I love sourdough, so I went here to try her sourdough sandwich that was advertised. I haven't been to jack for years. I have to say that sandwich was good, but it was cold, and they got my drink order wrong, even after they confirmed it and indicated her tee here, only it was not tee. plus, $8.42 for a medium combo seems expensive. looks like it's been a few years before I'm back.

We used to really enjoy this location. The staff were always friendly, the food was excellent, and they would gladly provide us with ranch dressing whenever we asked. Unfortunately, things have changed. Now, the employees seem annoyed to be there, they frequently get our orders wrong, and they aren't willing to rectify the mistakes cheerfully. It’s also frustrating that we now have to pay 25 cents for each ranch we request—that's just unreasonable! Additionally, they close at 7:00 PM every day, which means if we want Jack in the Box for dinner, we have to eat earlier or miss out. Today, my spicy chicken sandwich had a tiny chicken breast that barely covered half the bun, and it was dry and overcooked. We're very disappointed with how things are going at Jack in the Box.
