A hidden gem in southwest Tyler! I moved to Coffee City in 2021 and had noticed this place, but I initially thought it was a wholesale supplier based on its appearance. One day, a colleague of mine stopped by and raved about it, so I decided to give it a try. I regret not visiting sooner. The coffee is fantastic, and they have a lovely retail area where you can buy their coffee and brewing supplies. What stands out the most is the customer service—staff members always greet you with a smile, even when they’re busy making drinks for others. Their prices are very reasonable, often even cheaper than those at national coffee chains. I highly recommend it!

The highlight of this shop is definitely the happy hour, where you can enjoy cheaper drinks and buy-one-get-one deals. Another standout feature is the baristas; despite the shop being busy, they remain quick, friendly, and helpful. I ordered a cold brew and was very pleased with it. The store has an impressive selection, making it well worth a visit for a drink and to pick up some beans.
