C Rojo's Taqueria (gourmet) - Tyler

What a great experience! The restaurant was cheerful and clean. The Calamari Tacos were out of this world!! We will for sure be returning. If you like tacos and want to try something new, THIS is the place!

You could say growing up in Texas has turned me into a taco connoisseur of sorts. Mexican food is my favorite food and C Rojo?s does not disappoint. Hands down my favorite food truck in town and quite possibly my favorite tacos ever. The flavors are allunique and inspiring to anyone who enjoys cooking. The staff are friendly and the wait time short. 10/10 would recommend.

The tacos were good. The brussel sprouts taco was different but also good.

Wonderful spot. Very delicious. I will be back to try more items off your menu. I got the tacos pictured, and they were absolutely delicious. I also got chips and pico de gallo and rice and beans.

Holy, what?!? I love this place. Such a hole in the wall gem! Outside of their tacos and bowls (the brussel sprout ones are phenomenal), I got their Wagyu Burger and was floored by how good it was. Perfect cook on the meat, bun was soooo squishy andthe toppings were perfect. I never get a burger and fries at a Mexican spot, but I would come here just for this now. Wow. 100out of 5 stars. Definitely do yourself a favor and eat here.
