Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Tyler

Our burgers were great, and arrived in a timely manner as the restaurant appeared to be short handed and a school bus of kids was inside. Every seat was occupied and it was during lunch. It appeared there was one person in charge training about 3 others because she kept informing them of what all needed to be done, instructing different ones to the grocery check out for guest standing in line. Our food line was out the front door, but it only took us about 17 mins to get to the counter. After 25 mins our food arrived, but they forgot our drinks, and forgot about my dessert. They brought the drinks out 10 mins after our food, and We finally had to go up and stand in line again to remind them about the dessert. They greatly apologized and took care of it for us. The 4 stars is for the customer service the cashier offered to us, and the quality of our meal. Had she not be as nice as she was, our service today definitely deserved a 2 star. Right now, it's important to hire managers and employees that are going to own up to their mistakes and make it right with the customer. So great job today! We left with full bellies and I FINALLY got to try the sticky bun sundae!

First time visiting Braum's and wasn't disappointed. Pretty neat concept for a store. Had a double scoop of butter pecan. It was some of the best I have ever had. They had a lot of variety. Booth needed to be wiped down but other than that it was very clean. I will be going back on our next visit to TX.

Welcome to Tyler Tx ! Well I ordered a jr burger with cheese buns toasted. They toasted the buns and well as you can see the cheese was just put on as it was going into the bag I guess. Then they ask us to drive fwd to wait in the fries. Maybe I?m wrong but these fries look old or the grease needs to be changed. In 2022 I?m holding management accountable due to its their job to make sure the store is pushing the best service

Greasy floors, rude employees that will complain to you while ordering food. No ice in machines and employees will not greet you on the way in to the grocery section. Manager in green vest yelling at employees in back so we could all enjoy our meal to the sounds of disfunction. Worst braums I 've ever been too. Waited 25 mins for 2 sausage biscuits. Grocery lady seemed mad that I was buy so much...

Delicious mint chocolate chips food. This is one of the great places I like to eat again and again. Less expensive and got lots of varieties of ice cream. Attached pictures of timings and food.
