Boba-loompia - Tyler

The staff was very friendly and had smiles all around. The strawberry milk tea was amazing, with unique and interesting flavors in the boba. I also loved the crispy, fresh, and hot chicken lumpia. I highly recommend stopping by this place for a snack, drink, or dinner - you won't be disappointed. If you've never tried Filipino food before, don't expect it to taste like a typical Chinese buffet - it's unique and definitely worth trying. Those who leave negative reviews are probably used to the mediocre sweet and sour chicken buffets without real quality. The bobaloompia is truly fantastic Filipino cuisine.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is so tasty and the teas are delicious. My friends and I stopped here during a five-hour drive to Oklahoma, and it was a pleasant surprise to find this place. I tried the blueberry pomegranate tea with lychee popping boba, and I had the hunch fry with garlic rice. The portion size of the rice was quite large with two huge mounds on the plate, but it was all very flavorful. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it all since I was traveling and couldn't keep it in the car. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely come back next time I'm in Tyler.

So good!!! Delicious food, delicious teas....ohhh man my friends and I stopped here before a five hour roadtrip home to Oklahoma, and it was the best treat to discover this place! I had a blueberry pomegranate tea with lychee popping boba, and I had the chicken stir fry with delicious garlic rice!!! The serving of rice was odd since it came with two huge mounds of the rice, which was a lot on the plate!! BUT it was delicious, though I wasted it by not eating it all since I was traveling and didn't want to keep it in the warm car : . Overall, I loved this place!! So delicious, and I will most definitely be back the next time I'm in Tyler!!

They are so nice! I love that they are locally owned and not a corporate franchise. While I waited for my order they gave me an order of Loompia. So delicious! I love the beef ones the best. The Ponsit Bihon is great too. I really hope they succeed. The only thing I could recommend you change is to offer regular tea at a cheaper price. Adding $4.50 for a specialty drink along with the entree will keep people away I'm afraid.

I had heard so many good things about this restaurant, and when I finally visited, it surpassed my expectations. I ordered Lumpia Rolls and Lechon Kawali with a boba milk tea, while my sister got Pork Skewers and taro boba tea. After the first bite, we both said "wow". We both enjoyed the kawali, the tender and chewy insides with a crispy exterior shell, and the dipping sauce was delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, and I still can't believe how good it was. The lumpia rolls were good, but didn't stand out compared to the other dishes. The service was excellent, with a friendly cashier and prompt food delivery. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future!
