Domino's Pizza - Twinsburg

On a Monday night, the website indicated a delivery time of just 7 minutes, but it ended up taking 2 hours for my order to be marked as delivered—only to find out it hadn't been delivered at all. I called the restaurant, and they informed me that the delivery driver had mistakenly given my order to someone else. Surprisingly, they did not apologize or reach out to me; I had to make the call. To make matters worse, they offered no compensation such as coupons or a free order to compensate for their poor service. When I asked if they could remake my order, I also inquired whether I would be given priority for delivery since I had already waited 2 hours. The representative told me that I would not be prioritized and couldn’t provide me with an estimated delivery time, which only diminished my confidence in the restaurant’s ability to fulfill orders.

The Twinsburg Domino's is fantastic. The pizzas are always cooked to perfection, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They've even contributed to the local school system to promote reading. My kids love the pizza, and I do too. This is an excellent representation of the franchise. The new TVs that display the status of our order when I walk in are a great addition!

I typically order pizza from Teresa's or Reddi's, but since they were closed late at night, I decided to try Domino's for the first time. Unfortunately, I found it to be far inferior to the pizza I'm used to. I also requested double cheese, but there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. Overall, I would rate this place as just average. It has that typical corporate pizza flavor, and I found it quite pricey as well. I won't be returning.

I placed a pick up order today around 2 pm. Pizza is good, no complains there. However, the service is not very professional, check out crew had a little attitude. Just get your order and don't ask for anything extra, like bottle of coca cola. It might turn into an ordeal.

We love this Domino?s! The pizza is always HOT, and the delivery is super quick. They have good salads, too. We?ve never had an issue with customer service. Great place to get a quick, hot meal.
