Subway - Twin Falls

This restaurant always serves the freshest sandwiches with professional and speedy service! However, the owner needs to update the intercom ordering system and drive-thru to improve the overall experience for customers and employees. Employees deserve better treatment and resources.

The inside of this restaurant is great, but I do not recommend the drive-through. The staff member was nice, but I believe their speaker might be malfunctioning because I was the only customer there and ended up receiving a spicy Italian sandwich instead of chicken strips. I was quite confused and regretted using the drive-through. The parking lot is also not very good. Despite these issues, they are the best Subway in Twin though. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I drove through the drive-thru and encountered a rude and confusing girl. I understand that mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for rudeness. If you can't handle working in fast food, then maybe it's not the right job for you. To make matters worse, my sandwich had burnt bread when I finally received it. I even took a photo of it. When my husband called the manager to complain, she didn't seem to care. All she offered was a replacement sandwich, which was disappointing. This was my second time experiencing poor service at this location. I would suggest going to a different Subway with better customer service.

When I walked in I was greeted by a girl that was a wreck from head to toe. Clothes were dirty and hair in her face. She put gloves on but began to pull up her pants and touched her clothes repeatedly before making the sandwich. She began to tell me how jacked on coffee she was and that her eyes were probably dilated because of it. It was so awkward all I wanted to do is leave. But being nice I pushed through. Not sure if it was drugs she was on or what, but overall a very unprofessional experience. I won't be going back.

Went in at 1:00, only 1 lady in place. I asked her a question she pointed at wall, no words. She made 3 sandwich without even looking at me. No I'll be right there, nothing. I stood counter 5 min left. Only 1 person I restuarant. I left no acknowledgement. Sad
