Subway - Twin Falls

We just visited this restaurant, and our experience was disappointing. The server took a long time to come out from the back and when she finally did, she didn’t acknowledge us. When my son tried to place his order, she was quite rude, so we decided to leave. There are plenty of other places where I can spend my money.

Went here this evening at 8:20pm. Prerecording came over the drive through. Waited for someone to actually take our order and never happened. Tried calling and no answer. There was someone inside and the lights were all on. States they are open till 9pm. Very poor customer service on there end.

1 star but if I could it would be 00000. This is my second time it happened at this location... Today 8/14/16 should be open till 9pm. 3 days ago same thing happened. It is CLOSED again 8:48pm. This subway closes before time they should. Maybe this subway should changed their hours to 8pm...

I came in with my family during a stop on a road trip and was met with very friendly and excellent service. The sandwiches were tasty and the cookies were very soft and delicious!

I was in the mood for a meatball sub, but the Subway in Lynnwood had run out. The staff at both locations were really friendly, and the sandwich turned out to be fantastic! I only gave a 4-star rating because the Subway on the north end of Blue Lakes Blvd didn't pick up the phone—turns out it was unplugged. Despite that, I decided to drive down there anyway, and I'm glad I did!
