Panda Express - Twin Falls

My favorite is the Sweet Fire Chicken. Yum!! Panda Express is pretty consistent. I’ve never had a bad meal or experience. The gal helped me (I wish I remember her name) was awesome. Panda should be grateful she works so hard. It’s fast food but not..try them if you haven’t.

I went in today to get my autistic son some Teriyaki sauce in the little packets because he insists the bottles taste different. Tyson went above and beyond to help me find a way to get them. Absolutely phenomenal customer service!!! Thanks Tyson!

Went here last night and they were out of their passion tea that we love, so we asked to return our drinks. The manager,Sachi, was fantastic! She gave us a refund and even threw in 2 orders of rangoons for free. I hope she gets some recognition. She's a great manager.

Unfortunately the lobby was closed tonight due to them being short staffed. Went through the drive through and the car in front of us was having to yell at the speaker so the staff could take his order witch was rather interesting in a funny way. We got got our order placed and had to wait about 15 min for our order. The food overall was good the service wasn’t to bad.

Ordered on the app which was great because the drive thru is always a disaster. Three stars because my order was missing items from kids meal and was a couple minutes past the expected pick-up time. Also, I ordered the new meat free orange chicken because the app wouldn't let me select the normal orange chicken which wasn't bad but would have preferred the original orange chicken especially in a kids meal. Seemed like there was less meat than usual but I still got full
