Jamba - Twin Falls

They always do a good job, been coming here for a while

We came here for our weekend trip to Idaho. First stop was in Twin Falls, so we decided to have a quick breakfast stop before starting our day. It was conveniently located near our hotel, and on the way to the falls. The shop was in a strip plaza, along with other stores. There are ample parking spaces in front as well. The interior was spacious with several tables and chairs, with bar like stools near the windows. There are more tables and chairs outside the shop. Overall, the place was clean. The workers were friendly, and explained the menu. As we’re regular Jamba Juice customers in Utah, we ordered the usual Roasted Tomato, Spinach and Feta breakfast sandwich. Also our favorite drinks, Pomegranate Paradise, and Greens and Ginger. I would definitely stop by this location the next time I’m visiting Twin Falls in Idaho.

Super awesome experience this evening, smelled really clean when I walked in and the employees were so nice. Definitely coming back!

On another occasion, I ordered a smoothie only to find out they were out of one of the ingredients. This wasn’t a big issue for me, so I simply asked if they could substitute something to make it taste similar. The shift leader told me there was nothing similar, and when I inquired about another drink that might be comparable, they said there wasn't one. It honestly felt like the shift leader either didn’t know the menu well or wasn’t interested in helping me. Eventually, I chose a different smoothie that turned out to taste similar after all. While I understand these are minor issues, I believe that putting the customer first is essential in customer service. My recent experiences at Jamba have not reflected that, and I’ve become hesitant to return.

Jamba has really encouraged me to focus on eating well and adopting a healthy mindset. Thank you, Jamba!
