The food was pretty good. I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had but it was good. I would give 3.5 if I could. The railings and bottles on the table were also really dirty. Did not see the restrooms. Strict on substitutions.
Not great not bad it chinese food. Although the insert menu was good. Although there was no ac when we was there but it the time of year when it hard to decide if it need to cool down or warm up.
I got the Pho Tai Bo Vien. It's ok to me but most of my group thought it wasn't. For what's in the area, it is good. Compared to what we were used to in CA; the broth was cloudy, the meat was chewy, and the flavor was off (in a way from what we were used to). I thought it was weird that there was cracked black pepper when the pho we given to me since that's typically what the consumer would customized themselves.
My family like this place. Getting a family dinner is the was to go. Sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, fried rice are all pretty good.
