Breakfast is served late into the day at this delightful spot! They offer a delicious variety of dishes, paired with excellent service and a friendly, warm small-town atmosphere. The location may seem random, but people from all walks of life come together to enjoy a meal here. The food is sourced locally, featuring both creative flavor combinations and classic favorites. The iced tea is the best I've had in years—rich in flavor without being acidic. The homemade jams, particularly the peach, pineapple, and apricot, are simply delicious! The biscuit and gravy is a must-try, and the omelets are fantastic as well! I can’t wait to return, and you should definitely check it out too! This is the hidden gem your friends are keeping a secret!

I had the Pioneer burger, and it was absolutely delicious and massive! The fresh ground beef patty really stands out compared to other restaurants. The only downside is that they don’t offer sliced cheese like American or Cheddar; they only have a shredded cheddar-jack blend. Nonetheless, it was still delicious even without the American cheese!

We visited this restaurant last week after reading some excellent reviews. Initially, we were uncertain as we arrived, but it turned out to be a delightful little place with fantastic food. I accidentally left my purse hanging from my chair, and when I called, they assured me they had it safe and secure. A few days later, when we passed through again, I returned to find my purse untouched. I'm truly grateful for the honest, kind people and the well-prepared food that satisfied my appetite!

The buffalo mounted on the wall was an incredible feature, glaring down at me with an air of indignation as I enjoyed my hamburger. It felt as though he was aware that one of his relatives had sacrificed themselves for my meal. No matter how quietly I chewed, his intense gaze kept burning into the side of my head. I took a sip of my refreshing Pepsi, perfectly mixed with just the right amount of ice. My waitress catered to my every need, and I rewarded her with a generous tip for her attentiveness. The French fries were hot and crispy, perfectly complementing my burger, which was cooked to perfection. After such an extraordinary dining experience, I left the restaurant and could have sworn I heard the deep voice of the buffalo saying, "See you again soon, my friend."

Our server was fantastic — she made us feel right at home with her genuine kindness and eagerly engaged with us. Our conversations felt natural and enjoyable, not forced or tedious. She recommended the Buffalo Chip, available in full or half portions, which consists of eggs served on a delightful bed of perfectly seasoned fried potatoes, topped with green chiles, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and sour cream. Each order comes with your choice of toast, an English muffin, or a biscuit — and I definitely suggest going for the big, fluffy biscuit paired with homemade strawberry jam. We ended up ordering extra breakfast burritos and chicken-fried steak to take home. Next time, I’m definitely trying the smoked pork chops and eggs that are on special. And trust me, there will be a next time! Be sure to check out the specials right away; they feature options like smoked pork chops and eggs, New Mexican eggs, and Basque-style chorizo eggs... all truly special. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, and even though it’s a small place, it doesn’t feel cramped. I felt immediately welcomed here, and we’ve decided to make Buffalo Cafe our second home.
