Blaze Pizza - Twin Falls

We were very impressed, a lovely fresh pizza at reasonable cost.

Four of us stopped by for an early dinner on a weekday during our road trip. We ordered two pizzas, cheese bread, and some drinks. The food was well-prepared and made with fresh ingredients. The only reason I wouldn't give this place a 5-star rating is due to cleanliness issues. The women's restroom lacked hot water for handwashing, and the soap dispenser needed replacing. The floors in both the bathrooms and throughout the restaurant were quite dirty, with debris scattered in many corners and under tables. Additionally, I found it a bit off-putting when I overheard an employee say, "You didn't see that," to another staff member while they were about to put our food in the oven, followed by laughter between them. While I don't know what exactly transpired, it left me feeling uneasy. I'm just hoping we don’t end up getting sick from this experience. If we do, I'll update this review. I suspect they were just young employees being silly, but that doesn't excuse the cleanliness issues.

This is a fantastic make-your-own pizza spot! They offer gluten-free and vegan options as well. It can be a bit overwhelming for first-time visitors since there are so many choices, but I think by the second or third visit, people will feel much more confident ordering. The best part is that their pizzas have the perfect crunchy crust, exactly how it should be! No thick, doughy crusts like some American pizzas. One suggestion I have for the staff is to take their time with first-time customers, especially if there's no line behind them. Instead of rushing through the process, they should guide them step-by-step to enhance their experience.

What was I so worried about all this time?! Blaze is fantastic, providing delicious artisan-style pizzas at affordable prices. They have classic options like pepperoni and cheese, as well as customizable variations with a wide range of toppings. It’s like the Chipotle of pizza! The tomato sauce could use a bit more flavor, but I would definitely dip my crusts in it.

The service was incredibly fast, and the food was excellent. Just a quick tip: be mindful of the items on the menu that mention gorgonzola cheese if you’re not a fan of bleu cheese. That's my only suggestion.
