Applebee's Grill - Twin Falls

Wait a bit, but not too bad. the food was good. prices are not creepy as most other places. we share something and with an salad it was a lot. server was friendly, but we barely saw her because of the crowd. Previously there was a lead to keep her haare back, her nails clinging, not wearing tattoos that are far outside when they were shown at all, and piercings were limited. these days are gone, I think. very distracting from making eye contact when someone speaks with them, especially if they cannot see their eyes because of the haare about them. but I know everyone is short these days. I just hope none of these nails will fall into someone's food.

I have never seen a customer so disrespected in my life. The bartender literally told the customer after he said I would like to speak to the manager that and I state do you think speaking to the manager will change things. Hahaha, that so cute. From what I was told the customer is always right. This lady needs an adjustment. Like maybe the unemployment line adjustment. I get some people can be rude and it wears on ya. But she publicity disrespected him then tried to humiliate him as well. She always stated you see anything you like I couldn 't tell if he was watching the TV or looking at her. But 100% she should be working with the public at all

We ordered food online for our family. The food was ready onetime and was well prepared and packed up for a picnic on the go. Friendly service.

Michele went above and beyond for us. We have a severe whey allergy and she made sure we didn't have to worry. Went and checked the oil, had the food cooked separately. Even washed her hands before bringing a new straw. She's also very friendly and made our experience here absolutely amazing!!

Great food. Amazing drinks. Best service by far. Our server, Nickoleen, was the friendly, efficient and personable. Whatever they’re paying her is not enough! This is the hidden gem of Applebee’s, which I never thought I would say.
