Divan Mediterranean Grill And Hookah Lounge

First time tried this place last night- will never go back. Their hot dog was cold not cooked, wrapped with old lettuce in it; their beef kabab was too dried. White rice was dried and tasted old, perhaps left over from previous nights. Salad served withold lettuce and soft old cucumber. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

1 star is too much! I almost experienced all Persian and Mediterranean restaurant in LA and orange county. The food was awful (the koobideh tasted everything except koobideh!! . It did not taste anything!! It was like ground bread instead of groundbeef!! The table was very very greasy and dirty. The hookah was too hard to smoke. Finally, I prefer to stay hungry rather thaneat at DIVAN restaurant. I do NOT recommend this restaurant.

We had great time last night at this hidden Mediterranean/Persian food place in Tustin. food was amazing and our server Joanna was awesome, we highly recommend this place

My friend took me to this restaurant and I got to meet the owner. The owner and all the employees are fantastic people. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced especially considering the value of good food. They have good drinks and goodhookah. I highly recommend trying this place out.

We were not real hungry and decided to try the pizza. Our server was very nice, so when we got the pizza, we did not complain; but seriously the crust was truly cardboard and the sausage was a hot dog!! Unmistakable fragrance! Couldn 't believe it.
